PRIME Physical Therapy partners with Ground Control in Owings Mills to offer patients a comprehensive experience of fitness, health, and wellness.

Dr. Sam welcomes patients once a week at Ground Control. Dr. Sam earned his master's degree in Clinic Anatomy and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the #1 ranked PT program in the nation. Subsequently, he received residency training in orthopedics to become specialized in Orthopedic Physical Therapy. He's focused on serving his community by applying evidence-based care and creating meaningful relationships with clients to facilitate positive long term outcomes.
